Position: Legal Receptionist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Duration: Temp to Hire (15219)
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Mail processing, shipping & receiving
• High-volume copying, printing, scanning & digital imaging
• Conference room setup & hospitality support
• Handling confidential legal documents
• Supporting executives, attorneys, and legal staff
• Maintaining copier machines & troubleshooting issues
• File management, OCR, document formatting & workflow tasks

? Must-Have Skills
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Experience in:
o Office / administrative work
o Mailroom / print / copy services
• Ability to:
o Work independently
o Handle sensitive information
o Manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Legal industry experience (highly preferred)
• Corporate office experience
• Experience with:
o Document management systems
o Printing / bindery equipment
