Professional Law Firm receptionist/administrative assistant who can operate in a fast-paced law firm that is focused on civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on personal injury law and Mass Tort.

This position requires strong, polished, interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with CEO, senior level attorneys, judges, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, staff, and others. Attention to detail as well a professional and personable attitude is necessary.

The duties include but are not limited to:
Answering a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking messages; scheduling and calendaring meetings and appointments, ordering lunch, ordering office supplies, manage coffee machine and kitchen, scanning and naming all incoming mail and faxes, etc.
