A law firm in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team.
This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks at the front desk, providing support to the office and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle intake paperwork and assist clients with basic forms
Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and clients
Help with setting up and organizing the conference room for meetings
Run errands to and from the courthouse
Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and other clerical duties
Requirements:
2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
Previous law firm experience is preferred, but not required
Professional appearance and demeanor (no visible tattoos or piercings)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy office environment
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay: $17-$18 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
