Law Firm in Downtown San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in legal case management and project coordination? We are seeking a Legal Project Manager to serve as the vital link between attorneys and case managers. In this role, you will ensure seamless communication, oversee task execution, and maintain the accuracy of case information. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between attorneys and case managers, delivering clear instructions and updates.
Monitor case managers across all teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Oversee the onboarding and training of case managers in Case Pacer software.
Ensure all case-related information is entered and maintained correctly in Case Pacer.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to case managers to optimize team performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in legal case management, project management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with legal case management software (experience with Case Pacer is a plus).
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with attorneys and team members.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on team success.
