We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Office Support to join our team in a legal office environment. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a 1–3 person site, ensuring service excellence, and supporting attorneys and staff with administrative, technical, and operational needs.

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff, handling reception duties, phone calls, and scheduling.
• Manage incoming/outgoing USPS and accountable mail, copy/print projects, courier requests, and supply inventory.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, building and IT ticketing, and office set-up support.
• Liaise with the Facilities team and assist with light office duties (furniture moves, etc.).
• Maintain accurate service records and report monthly.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide training on workflow, machine operations, and firm-specific systems as needed.
• Interact with executive-level clients, including partners, associates, paralegals, and legal secretaries.
• Support trial preparation tasks such as closing binders, depositions, and offsite trial coordination.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, supply management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Complete required site reports and monthly management reports.

• Qualifications-
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience; prior legal industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy; ability to work extensively on various programs and firm-specific software.
• Knowledge of digital print, copy, scanning, and document manipulation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver training sessions (formal and informal).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and sit for long periods.
• Ability to remain updated on current technology and industry trends.
