This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and at least 2 years of professional office experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintain attorney schedules, conference room calendars, and daily/weekly diaries.
Sort, scan, and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Greet and escort clients; maintain reception and common areas.
Handle errands such as post office, courthouse, and bank visits; prepare UPS shipments.
Order meals, manage office supplies, and assist staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and support additional office duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and office technology.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
