Job Title: Legal Office Services Associate
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Raleigh, NC 27603
Job Summary
This role supports daily operations within a legal office environment, focusing on document production, mail handling, and office services. The position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and technical aptitude to support attorneys and staff. This is a hands-on role involving active movement throughout the office.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and distribute inbound and outbound legal mail
• Perform high-volume copy, print, and document production tasks
• Set up conference calls and assist with basic technical support for meetings
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of document requests
• Maintain organized workspaces and document production areas
• Communicate professionally with legal staff regarding requests and deadlines
• Support day-to-day office service operations within a legal setting
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a legal office environment preferred
• Experience with office copy/print and document production required
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• Demonstrated stable work history
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
