Job Title: Legal Office Clerk
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: New York, NY
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Legal Office Clerk. Responsibilities include mailroom and hospitality services, with occasional copy, print, and reception duties. Legal industry experience is strongly preferred, though mail and print skills can be trained. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Pay rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities:
• Support mailroom, hospitality, print, and reception services
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in a legal office setting
• Operate and maintain copiers and related office equipment
• Assist with document management, shipping/receiving, and cost recovery workflows
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment or service-related issues
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle packing materials accurately

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related experience; minimum 2 years in legal environment highly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of office equipment, electronics, and mailroom procedures
• Some copy/print or document services experience preferred
