Location: Downtown Shreveport, LA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approx. 35 hours/week
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

About the Opportunity:
A respected law firm in downtown Shreveport is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join their team as a Legal Office Coordinator & Runner. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in legal administration. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both office operations and legal support while working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:

Assist attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks
Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and correspondence
Answer phones, greet clients, and manage front desk responsibilities
Handle local deliveries, court filings, and document pickups/drop-offs (by car or on foot)
Maintain office supplies and assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable transportation for errands and deliveries (mileage reimbursement may be available)
Willingness to walk to nearby firms and the courthouse when weather permits
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in a legal or administrative setting is a plus, but not required
