Job Title: Medical Records Clerk
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid) 2 days in office and 3 days at home
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Medical Records Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our case management process by ensuring all necessary records and reports are obtained, organized, and readily available for our attorneys and case managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact medical providers to request and follow up on medical records.
Maintain a clear and efficient tracking system to ensure timely record retrieval.
Schedule and track follow-up dates using a digital calendar system.
Communicate with clients to gather treatment updates and status.
Order police reports, fire department reports, and other relevant documentation.
Archive and organize all incoming records and reports, both digitally and physically.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progress and documentation accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities – both written and verbal.
Experience with medical records, law firms, or insurance is a plus.
Comfortable making follow-up calls and tracking multiple requests.
Tech-savvy with experience in case management or CRM systems preferred.
