We are seeking a Legal Mailroom and Office Services Assistant to join our on-site support team at a leading law firm in downtown Nashville. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. The right candidate will be professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle mail sorting and distribution, including FedEx and certified mail
• Operate mail meter machines and maintain accurate records
• Perform daily floor runs (covering 4 floors) and assist with internal deliveries
• Complete copy/print jobs, binding, and supply stocking for copy centers
• Run court errands after training
• Lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance provided when needed)
• Support internal teams with document workflow and basic equipment troubleshooting

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in mailroom, office services, or administrative support
• At least 2 years of legal industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and office equipment
• Basic electronics or copier troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
• Must be comfortable walking frequently between multiple floors
• May require valid driver’s license and auto insurance
