A downtown personal injury law firm is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join their busy office. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and empathy when working with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare client correspondence based on an established communication plan and -maintain regular communication (both proactive and as needed)
-Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
-Accurately gather and document important case details
-Handle client inquiries and provide support
-Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
-Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
-Update and document client records based on interactions
Requirements:
-Prior law office experience required
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
-Strong experience with client interaction and phone support
-Strong technical skills with the ability to use technology efficiently in daily tasks
-Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
-Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
-Team player with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
-Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
