We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intake & Case Coordinator to support attorneys and paralegals in trial preparation, client intake, and case management. This role is central to client communications and daily legal operations, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Located in Coastal North County. $23-25hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries
-Conduct detailed client intake and gather case-critical information
-Prepare client correspondence and maintain communication per established guidelines
-Support attorneys and paralegals in case preparation, trial organization, and ongoing file maintenance
-Accurately enter and update client data in internal systems
-Troubleshoot client concerns and resolve issues promptly
-Ensure all records and communications are accurately documented and up-to-date
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
-Comfortable using technology to increase efficiency and streamline communication
-Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
-Law office experience is a plus
