Job Title: Legal Document Quality Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $24.67/hr
Project Overview:
Join a dedicated Quality Assurance team supporting customers involved in civil legal matters with a Fortune 500 Banking Company. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of legal documentation before it is shared with third-party legal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review physical legal documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state-specific legal requirements.
• Cross-check documents against corresponding paperwork to ensure consistency.
• Validate notarization and other formal elements within legal documents.
• Conduct judgment and complaint validations as needed.
• Test and verify information prior to release to external legal entities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ year of professional experience in a related field (legal, QA, collections, etc.).
• Functional experience in Quality Assurance or document validation.
• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and collection law (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive legal materials.
• Understanding of credit card processes and terminology.
