Seeking a detail-oriented Legal Discovery Clerk. This role involves preparing written responses to civil discovery requests for personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:
• Draft written responses to civil discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, admissions, etc.)
• Analyze deposition transcripts and case documents to gather relevant information
• Write evaluations and recommendations for attorneys based on research and case review
• Draft professional correspondence with opposing counsel (meet and confer letters/emails)
• Interview clients regarding asbestos exposure and case details

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or AA required
• Prior law firm experience required; interest in law preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; WordPerfect experience a plus
• Typing speed of 65+ WPM
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

This is a REMOTE position. Must live within 30 miles of law firm in Novato, Ca, 94945.
