We are seeking a highly organized Legal Coordinator to support a corporate legal and compliance team. This role plays a key part in managing legal documentation, coordinating regulatory filings, and assisting with licensing and records management. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a working familiarity with legal processes, even if not formally trained in law.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize documentation related to asset delivery and legal transactions

Coordinate signatures and approvals for loan and compliance documents

Track and submit filings including UCCs, garnishments, and business licenses

Support legal team with trademark, patent, and bankruptcy documentation

Maintain legal SharePoint sites and assist with records management projects

Liaise with external vendors and registries for document storage and international filings

Reconcile monthly expenses and manage digital collaboration tools

What You Bring:

Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail

Familiarity with legal workflows, terminology, and documentation

Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Workshare, or similar platforms

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A proactive mindset and willingness to support cross-functional legal and compliance teams
