We are recruiting a highly organized, communicative, and self-motivated Legal Case Manager to streamline operations and keep cases moving efficiently from intake to resolution. This role is located in Ruston, LA.

Assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation, document drafting (including contracts, motions, etc.), and trial preparation. Interview clients, manage legal documents, and ensure accurate filing. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling various legal matters. Contribute to a collaborative and efficient office atmosphere.

We are looking for a minimum of 2-3 years of Paralegal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Preferably a Bachelor’s degree (in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field) or equivalent experience; paralegal certification is a plus. Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
