A downtown law firm is seeking several Case Managers to join their team. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and empathy, along with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Case Managers will act as the primary point of contact for clients and play a key role in managing ongoing legal matters.
Responsibilities include preparing and managing client correspondence in accordance with established communication plans, maintaining regular client contact both proactively and as needed, and efficiently gathering and documenting vital case information. The role also involves handling client inquiries, performing accurate data entry, resolving client issues and concerns, and ensuring client records are properly documented and kept up to date.
Qualifications include:
-Prior law office and legal experience
-Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
-Experience with client interaction and telephonic support
-Strong technical skills with the ability to leverage technology in daily practice
-Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
-Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
