OA Reference: Legal Billing Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Billing Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Elite Enterprise 3, QuickBooks, SAP Concur / Oracle NetSuite and a proven track record of managing sensitive client billing data with discretion and professionalism. This is a 100% in-office role, and reliability, accuracy, and strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process client invoices in Elite Enterprise 3.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with firm billing policies and client guidelines.
Maintain billing records, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.
Handle confidential financial data with the utmost discretion.
Support month-end and year-end billing cycles.
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of legal billing or accounting experience.
Proficiency in Elite Enterprise 3 required.
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and financial documentation.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email presence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be local to the Seattle–Bellevue area and able to work onsite daily.
