Bilingual Mandarin Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Must:
? At lease 1-year legal job experience
? Paralegal certificate or bachelor degree of related field
? Bilingual English and Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing

• Provide administrative and legal support to each department
• Work with attorneys in litigation, employment disputes, agreements, intellectual property and corporate law matters
• Draft, review, and translate legal documents between English & Mandarin
• Handle license new application and renewal
• Conduct legal research and organize case files, exhibits, and documents
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Assist with agreement and case preparation, including scheduling, filings, and deadline tracking
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all legal communications and documentation
