Downtown AV-Rated Orlando law firm is seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant for the Public Finance/Government department. Minimum of 3 years of law firm, word processing or other relevant experience desired. Experience in public finance, government work, title review, real estate closings or lending preferred but not required.
Position involves providing assistance to attorneys for a variety of real estate, loan closing and government legal work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; Detail oriented and proofreading skills are a must. Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Dropbox-type programs. Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks, proficient in drafting and formatting documents in MS Word, proficient in scheduling calendar in Outlook.
