A busy Land Use team in a Commercial Real Estate department is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with 2+ years of law firm experience. The ideal Legal Assistant will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain legal files, land use applications, and zoning documents
Conduct real estate and zoning research
Draft and file land use applications and related documents
Manage calendars, meetings, and hearing schedules
Assist with billing processes and client communication
The right Legal Assistant will have excellent communication and technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. Experience with Microsoft Office is required; iManage is a plus. This Legal Assistant position offers great benefits and free onsite parking.
