We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant with at least 2–3 years of legal support experience to join a busy and collaborative legal team in Downtown Orlando. Prior guardianship experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong overall legal assistant experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent client service while supporting multiple attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities Include:
Managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Answering and directing client phone calls professionally and compassionately
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Assisting with document management and case file organization
Entering attorney time records into case management software
Supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative and legal tasks
Prioritizing deadlines and handling high-volume workloads effectively

Qualifications:
2–3 years of legal assistant experience required
Guardianship experience preferred but not required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including document formatting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
