Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced Eminent Domain practice in our Orlando office. This is a high-volume desk supporting multiple attorneys and is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

While Eminent Domain experience is strongly preferred, candidates with substantial litigation support experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys
Draft, proofread, and revise legal correspondence, pleadings, and filings
Prepare and file documents in both state and federal courts
Manage calendars, deadlines, and case-related scheduling
Maintain and organize case files and legal documentation
Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Assist with case preparation and ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Litigation Legal Assistant
Eminent Domain experience preferred; strong litigation background required if no ED experience
Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a busy practice
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and drafting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Proficiency with state and federal court filings
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
