We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy litigation team in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Responsibilities:
• E-file and file pleadings with the court
• Schedule hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Track service of process and case deadlines
• Maintain litigation calendars and follow-ups
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation

Requirements:
• Litigation legal assistant or legal secretary experience preferred
• Experience with e-filing and court filings
• Strong calendaring and deadline management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
