Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and maintain organized case files.
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court dates.
Organize discovery materials, prepare trial binders and exhibits, and coordinate evidence.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Conduct factual and legal research and assist with court filings.
Qualifications:
Experience in civil litigation with knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
