Join a downtown Tampa legal team as a Legal Assistant! We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, ideally with experience in insurance defense or litigation.

What You’ll Do:
• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations & other case events
• Manage case files, e-file documents, and track deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters & courts
• Proofread documents & maintain accurate records
• Support billing, dictation, and other litigation tasks

You Bring:
• 2+ years as a Legal Assistant or in legal support
• Experience in insurance defense preferred, general litigation experience welcome
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
