We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

40 hour per week
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, document drafting, and legal research.
Manage and organize legal files, correspondence, and case materials.
Schedule appointments, hearings, and court dates.
Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Prepare and file legal documents in compliance with court procedures.
Maintain accurate records and case management databases.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies (preferred).
3 + years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
