We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and confident in their ability to handle a wide range of legal administrative responsibilities.
Only local candidates will be considered. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA. Out-of-area applications will not be reviewed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Manage case files, maintain calendars, and track deadlines
Coordinate meetings, hearings, and court filings
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in a legal assistant or legal administrative role
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Must be able to provide professional references
