Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch administrative support to attorneys and staff
Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and meetings
Maintain and update agendas, ensuring smooth operations
Offer friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence
Assist with organizing legal documents and filing
Perform various office duties as needed to ensure efficiency
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in administrative support (legal experience is a plus)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities with a customer-service focus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
