We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in legal documentation and drafting, who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Draft, proofread, and format a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence

-Manage and organize case files and legal records, both electronic and physical

-Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies (e-filing experience required)

-Maintain attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, and manage deadlines

-Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

-Provide general administrative support such as phone coverage, billing assistance, and data entry

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 3–5 years of recent experience working in a law firm environment

-Strong legal drafting and documentation skills are a must

-In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court systems

-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

-Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
