We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Legal Administrative Assistant with proven experience in business law. You must be well-versed in handling complex legal documentation, supporting attorneys, and managing confidential information. If you lack the necessary background, this position is not for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to business law attorneys, including drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents.
Prepare and file corporate filings, contracts, and other essential legal documents.
Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and handle client communications professionally and efficiently.
Organize and maintain legal files with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant, specifically in business law.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, business contracts, and corporate governance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
