We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Some legal experience is preferred, and candidates must have at least two years of general office experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing mail, and scheduling
Prepare and type legal documents and correspondence
Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with document management and case file preparation
Support attorneys and legal staff with day-to-day administrative needs
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal or administrative training is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of office experience
Some legal administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
Strong typing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
