Job Title: Legal Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
About the Role
A well-established leasing company in Fort Collins is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This position combines collections, cash posting, and administrative support, working closely with internal teams and legal partners to ensure timely and accurate account resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate customer account records
Perform collections on past-due accounts in a professional and compliant manner
Post and reconcile daily cash receipts and payments
Communicate with customers, attorneys, and internal departments regarding account status
Assist with legal documentation and support related to collections and disputes
Prepare reports, maintain files, and support general administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
1–3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related experience
Experience working in a legal, financial, or leasing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
