We are representing an organization looking for a dedicated HR professional to join their team. This is a critical role that serves as the subject matter expert for all things related to employee wellness, leave compliance, and benefits administration. If you pride yourself on navigating complex California leave laws and providing excellent employee support, this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities:

Specialized Leave Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the end-to-end administration of all leave cases, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and ADA.

Benefits Administration: Oversee daily benefits operations, handle open enrollment, and resolve employee inquiries regarding health and welfare plans.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR activities remain compliant with FEHA, HIPAA, CAL-EEOC, and FLSA standards.

HRIS Management: Maintain meticulous records and generate reports using ADP Workforce Now.

Employee Advocacy: Guide employees through the leave process with empathy and clarity, ensuring they understand their rights and benefits.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of HR experience with a heavy, proven emphasis on LOA and Benefits.

Software: Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is a must.



Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
