We have an Administrative Assistant opportunity for a property management company in Little Italy in San Diego, CA!
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operations of property management, accounting, and human resources activities to maximize income and achieve corporate office goals
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
• Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
• Maintain filing systems as assigned.
• Retrieve information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data, as needed.
• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
• Conduct various audits, work orders, and inventory reports to verify compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
• Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate pick up and drop off equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a system for recording expenses.
• Properly manage sensitive documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Need property management experience at least at the leasing level
