What You Will Do
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents
Conduct property tours and showcase apartment features and community amenities
Guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism
Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a timely manner
Build lasting relationships with current residents to support renewals and satisfaction
Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals
Maintain accurate leasing and marketing records
