Job Title: Leasing Coordinator – Affordable Housing

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Coordinator to join a mission-driven Affordable Housing corporation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about serving the community and interested in building a long-term career in affordable housing.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with direct affordable housing experience (required – no exceptions) and a desire to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact professionally with current and prospective tenants

Coordinate leasing activities in compliance with affordable housing regulations

Work closely with Property Managers and internal teams

Communicate with vendors as needed

Maintain accurate leasing documentation and tenant records

Support daily property operations as related to leasing

Required Qualifications

Previous affordable housing experience (required – no exceptions)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior property management experience

Familiarity with compliance, tenant eligibility, and affordable housing programs
