We’re looking for a friendly and organized Leasing Coordinator to help match tenants with the perfect home or business space. You'll handle property tours, answer questions, process applications, and support lease agreements. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a knack for sales or customer service.
What You’ll Do:
-Administrative Office duties
-Show properties to prospective tenants
-Promote vacancies online and in-person
-Screen applications and assist with lease paperwork
-Maintain property records and follow up on tenant needs
What We’re Looking For:
-Warm, outgoing personality
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Leasing, sales, or admin experience is a plus
