This Learning Designer II Position Features:
Corporate Compliance Specialist provides LMS administration, technical support, and reporting oversight for company’s’s corporate compliance training programs. This role ensures accurate deployment, tracking, and audit readiness while supporting broader GLLD technical needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Administer corporate compliance training programs in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and accurate learner tracking.
Partner with the Strategy, Planning, and Innovation team to research, diagnose, and resolve compliance-related LMS issues.
Support compliance reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and leadership reporting.
Collaborate with course owners to support technical requirements and course publishing processes.
Perform LMS troubleshooting and minor configuration adjustments to maintain system accuracy and performance.
Provide additional LMS and technical support to GLLD programs as needed.
