Curation & Design Analyst supports the Learning Technology team through hands-on digital content curation and design assistance for Talent Hub, GLLD programs, and divisional upskilling initiatives. This role ensures content is well-organized, current, and visually aligned to company’s learning standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Curate digital learning content from enterprise libraries, vendors, and internal sources to support GLLD and divisional learning initiatives.
Apply metadata, tagging, and taxonomy standards to ensure content discoverability and accuracy.
Assist with design updates and content enhancements to meet brand, accessibility, and learning experience standards.
Support SharePoint content management for GLLD program resources and documentation.
Partner with Learning Experience Managers, designers, and program teams to support content and design needs across multiple projects.
Provide flexible support for evolving digital learning initiatives and content-related requests.
