Job Title: Lead Transformation Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Transformation Project Manager to drive complex, high-impact initiatives within a growing U.S. business. This role will lead large-scale programs across benefits administration, including implementations, renewals, platform enhancements, and operational transformation efforts.

This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic thinker who can also execute. You will act as a key delivery leader, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects
• Own delivery outcomes, dependencies, and overall project success aligned to business objectives
• Serve as primary point of contact and strategic partner for key initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Ensure consistent project governance, reporting, and documentation
• Track budgets, financial impacts, and overall business case performance
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery methods
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and industry standards
• Present updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in transformation, project management, or related field
• Proven success delivering large-scale, complex projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive execution
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma preferred
• Consulting experience is a plus
