Electric Services company is looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join the team. This role is ideal for a skilled electrician who can troubleshoot, provide estimates, upsell services, and take on a leadership position as the company grows.

Will travel throughout Brevard company - company vehicle provided

$32-$35/hour

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate estimates and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Play a key leadership role in training and mentoring as the company expands.
• Ensure all work meets safety and code compliance standards.
• Utilize company-provided technology for job documentation and communication.

Requirements:
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in the electrical industry
• Current driver's license WITHOUT infractions (DUI, DWI, etc)
• Comfortable using apps and computer-based systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
