Lead Superintendent – Commercial / Industrial Construction

A national commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Atlanta market is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up tilt-wall industrial and commercial projects ranging from $5M – $30M. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and lead impactful construction projects across the Metro Atlanta area.
Position Overview
The Lead Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader, responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Manage tilt-wall construction sequencing, slab-on-grade, structural steel, and building envelope installation
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Enforce OSHA regulations and jobsite safety standards
Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain field reports
Oversee quality control to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project close-out
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
Experience leading tilt-wall construction projects ($5M–$30M preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to lead jobsite teams and drive accountability
Experience with construction technology or project management software
Strong communication and leadership skills
Stable work history with commercial general contractors
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours worked over 45 per week
