Superintendent – Multiple Openings (South Florida)
AppleOne is partnered with several leading Commercial General Contractors across South Florida seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing teams. These are long-term, full-time roles—not project-to-project positions—and offer strong stability, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.
Open Positions:
1. Lead Superintendent – Miami (Multifamily / ALF / Mid-High Rise or Tilt Up Experience) -Ground Up
2. MEP Superintendent – Miami (Healthcare, Government, or Education preferred)
3. Superintendent – Miami (Large Ground-Up Projects: Schools, Municipal, Government)
4. Superintendent – South Broward (Multifamily Mid-Rise)
Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Superintendents with deep South Florida construction experience to oversee ground-up commercial, industrial, office, government, and multifamily projects. Candidates must be able to manage projects independently, maintain strict schedule and quality control, and lead field operations with professionalism and discipline.
“Jumpers” or candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.
Key Requirements
10+ years of ground-up experience with reputable South Florida General Contractors
Strong background in Tilt-Up construction and conventional concrete
Project experience in Commercial, Industrial, Office, and Multifamily/ALF (mid/high-rise)
Must have significant project history in Miami-Dade County
Proven ability to manage projects 100% independently
Fluent in English (required)
Spanish fluency (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and site activities
Maintain project schedule, quality standards, and safety compliance
Coordinate inspections, RFIs, change orders, and site documentation
Ensure accurate reporting, progress tracking, and project closeout
Serve as the primary field leader representing the GC on site
Drive project timelines and hold teams accountable to milestones
