We are a growing and innovative manufacturing company seeking a Lead Production Technician with printing and/or laser marking experience to support and oversee daily production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with equipment, and takes pride in driving quality and efficiency.
Industry experience in silk screen printing and/or laser marking is highly preferred for this role.
As we continue to expand, this position offers a clear path for advancement into supervisory or operations leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
Production & Technical Operations
Set up, operate, and optimize silk screen printing and/or laser marking equipment
Perform first article inspections and ensure production readiness
Troubleshoot issues including print defects, alignment challenges, and marking inconsistencies
Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Team Leadership & Daily Oversight
Lead shift operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets
Assign workstations and balance team workloads effectively
Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and quality requirements
Monitor output and quickly resolve production bottlenecks
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality
Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
Support process improvements and best practice implementation
Training & Team Support
Train, mentor, and develop production team members
Support onboarding and skill development of new hires
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in silk screen printing and/or laser marking (highly preferred)
Prior lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of production workflows and quality standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical school or Associate’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop
Bilingual English/Spanish
