We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a Lead Production Technician to support and oversee daily production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

?? What You’ll Do
Production & Technical Operations
Set up, operate, and fine-tune silk screen printing and/or laser marking equipment
Perform first article checks and ensure production readiness
Troubleshoot issues such as print defects, alignment problems, or marking inconsistencies
Conduct routine maintenance and equipment checks to minimize downtime
Team Leadership & Daily Oversight
Lead shift activities to meet production, quality, and delivery goals
Assign workstations and balance workloads across the team
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and operational procedures
Monitor output and quickly address production challenges
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
Help implement process improvements and best practices
Training & Team Support
Train and mentor production team members
Support onboarding and skill development of new employees
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
? What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of experience in silk screen printing and/or laser marking
Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of production workflows and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
Technical school or associate degree (mechanical, electrical, or related)
Familiarity with basic design software (e.g., Photoshop)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
