Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring efficient workflows and top-tier client service.
• Manage and grow an assigned book of business, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
• Leverage agency-provided leads to generate new business and cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with leadership to achieve agency goals.
• Ensure compliance with Florida insurance regulations and agency standards.
Qualifications:
• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven experience as a P&C Insurance Agent with a strong sales and retention track record.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in an insurance agency or similar setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent
Candidate will received personal commission, renewal book commission on other agents that they mentor.
