Lead Inspector – PCB Assembly
Location: Fremont | Pay: $22 – $23/hour | Temp-Perm
We are seeking a Lead Inspector to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) inspections with conformal coating applications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
Inspect PCBAs with conformal coating applications under microscope.
Train and mentor other inspectors as needed.
Serve as a liaison between Production, Quality, and Engineering to define and implement conformal coating inspection criteria.
Qualifications
Excellent dexterity; able to use tweezers to handle very small, delicate components under microscope.
Ability to read and interpret printed circuit board drawings.
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
Experience with PCBA conformal coating and encapsulation (preferred).
Must be ITAR compliant.
