On-Site Only – No Remote Work

Compensation:

Level 1: Base + Bonus = $125,000+
Level 2: Base + Bonus = $144,000+


About the Role
We are partnering with a high-end, boutique wealth management firm seeking experienced and highly professional Lead Advisors (Level 1 and Level 2). These roles require strong relationship-management skills, deep financial planning expertise, and the ability to support and guide complex client portfolios.
Candidates must be polished, client-facing, and capable of managing high-net-worth relationships with exceptional service standards. This firm values professionalism, accountability, and strong communication.

Employment Details

On-site only — no work from home.
Full-time: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Must complete a virtual interview with recruiter before being submitted to the client.
Interviews move quickly once a qualified candidate is identified.


Benefits

Day 1 employment: Direct hire (DH)
After 60 days: Health insurance (company pays 50% of employee premium)
After 90 days: 401(k) w/ company match up to 4%
PTO annually: Eligible after 90 days
Screenings: Background check, fingerprinting, and possible drug test


Required Experience & Credentials

-Minimum 5+ years as a financial advisor, associate advisor, or similar role
-Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (Required)
-CFP and/or ChFC strongly preferred
-Must have experience managing existing client relationships, not just prospecting
-High-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client experience preferred
-Strong technical financial planning knowledge
-Exceptional communication, professionalism, and follow-through
-Ability to work collaboratively with senior advisors, analysts, and support teams


Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Client Support
-Work as part of a dedicated client team, managing ongoing client relationships
-Conduct meetings as a primary or secondary advisor depending on level
-Serve as liaison between clients and Senior Advisors
-Anticipate client needs and provide proactive guidance
-Develop and present financial recommendations

Technical Financial Planning & Advisory Work
-Prepare and refine financial plans using firm-approved tools (e.g., eMoney)
-Provide technical support for Senior Advisors
-Train Associate Advisors on planning tools and best practices
-Review meeting materials with Associate Advisors before client meetings
-Take meeting notes and complete documentation as needed

Portfolio & Investment Support
-Participate in investment committee meetings
-Assist with portfolio management
-Collaborate with Investment Analysts on cash monitoring, rebalancing, and trade execution
-Understand investment philosophy, asset allocation strategy, and industry regulations

External Coordination
-Communicate with CPAs, attorneys, estate planners, and other external professionals
-Coordinate relevant tax or estate information for clients
